The company's initial focus was the provision of Painting and Janitorial Services to Apartment Complexes, but we have gradually expanded into providing turn-key “READY FOR RENT” apartment services and most recently comprehensive facilities management services. Our business focused on operational productivity and cost efficiency by streamlining the maintenance processes for customers with geographically dispersed locations, reducing execution times, minimizing resources allocation and providing exclusive project management.
